Multiple Groupons


Watch out for Groupon. They are happy to take your money in an instant, but if you have any difficulty using your Groupon like I did in 4 cases, they will not refund your money. They offered me an apology and Groupon Bucks to use in exchange within 24 hours.Beware of Groupon! They are very quick to take your money, but will not refund it if you are unable to use your Groupon, even if the business closes or moves, or refuses to take your Groupon. I bought 4 Groupons in 2014 that were unusable. My last email in 2015 was never answered. It is now 2017, and I recently emailed Groupon Customer Service again. Yesterday I was offered an apology and an offer for Groupon Bucks in exchange for one failed Groupon. I would have to use the Groupon Bucks within 24 hours or they would expire. This was not a very satisfying response since they have had my money since 2014.
